Fit Connections’ fully qualified Personal Trainers will tailor a program specifically targeted to suit your needs. Personal Training offer many benefits, which are outlined below.

The benefits of Personal Training include:

  • better focus on individual goals than can be achieved in a group
  • specific training towards competitive fitness goals
  • for those who have not exercised regularly for some time, to learn best technique, to feel comfortable with the style of training and equipment before joining in group sessions, and/or to have more time with a Trainer to ask questions relevant to their individual needs
  • some people prefer exercising more privately than in front of strangers
  • training may be scheduled at mutually convenient times; rather than trying to fit in with set group training times
  • specific training purely to accomplish one fitness goal which someone has always wanted to achieve
  • specific training to specifically strengthen certain muscle groups after injury and/or to still be able to exercise some muscle groups without aggravating areas which may still be injured

Prior to the commencement of training our Personal Trainers will conduct a full health and fitness assessment to determine your current fitness levels. We take pride in training our clients according to their specific health and fitness requirements, rather than just providing a generic training program handed out to almost everyone.

Personal Training at Fit Connections is offered in areas as diverse as general fitness, gaining a body within healthy weight range, olympic weightlifting, endurance running/cycling/swimming, pilates, animal flow & bodyweight training. Your training would only be provided by Trainers fully qualified in your field of interest.

Personal Training is usually done on 1-on-1 basis, as 30 minute or 60-minute sessions.
2-on-1 sessions may also be available, depending on the suitability of the Clients to being able to work together and still get the best outcomes individually.
